Tooth Brush Books Press
tooth brush books is a not-for-profit publisher of limited-edition, RISO-printed art, books, and paper ephemera, based in the Department of Creative Studies at UBC Okanagan.
The press offers an opportunity for writers and artists to share their work outside of traditional publishing houses, magazines, and gallery spaces, through low-cost and environmentally responsible printing practices.
A research-creation project directed by Matt Rader, Associate Professor, Creative Writing, tooth brush books features the work of students, alumni, faculty, and community members associated with UBC Okanagan.
Printed Materials
tooth brush books is the publisher of the annual Sharon Thesen Lectures, the first editions of which will be available in 2026.
Limited edition RISO-printed ephemera from tooth brush books, such as poetry posters and cards, and new, limited-edition broadsides, are available for purchase.
