Biography
Mehnaz Tabassum completed her M.A. in English from the Department of English and Cultural Studies. Her thesis is titled, “Sickening Fantasies and the Subdued Other: The Big Sick.” This is her second M.A. She has also been a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant at the University of Michigan’s Ann Arbor campus in 2017-2018. She has also worked as a Learning Design Intern with the Centre for Teaching and Learning at UBC.
